About The Project
Infinity Renewable Energy is a company dedicated to sourcing clean, renewable energy in its industry using solar, hydro, and thermal sources. The company also extends to a product line including energy-efficient lightbulbs and solar paneling for non-commercial consumers. A full visual identity system was created for this project, including product packaging, a stationery set, and branded items.
Design Process
The key challenge for this project was to implement an identifiable brand standard across all parts of the business. After extensive market research into the energy industry, the logo symbol was created to resemble a solar panel collecting light. Several variations of the logo were created for versatility, including a lettermark, a wordmark, and a combination logo with specific restrictions on spacing and use. I chose a complementary simple color palette based on a calm blue with complimentary secondary colors. Printed materials were then mocked up using these guidelines.
